1. Services Provided
Turnover Cleaning Pros ("we," "us," or "our") provides professional cleaning services throughout Ocean County, New Jersey, including but not limited to Airbnb and vacation rental turnover cleaning, residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and commercial cleaning. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings may be made through our website, by phone at (732) 703-6101, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment via email or text message. You are responsible for providing accurate property details, including address, access instructions, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, so we can assign the appropriate time and team.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are based on property size, service type, and any add-ons selected. Quoted prices are estimates and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking (e.g., excessive mess, hoarding conditions, or undisclosed pets). We will notify you of any price adjustments before proceeding.
We accept Cash and Zelle only. Full payment is due on the day of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. No-shows (failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time) will be charged the full service price.
5. Property Access and Preparation
You must ensure our team can access the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, lockbox codes, gate codes, or any other necessary entry information. If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a trip charge may apply. We recommend removing or securing valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings before our arrival.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 5-star results on every clean. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a re-clean.
7. Liability and Insurance
Turnover Cleaning Pros carries general liability insurance with $1,000,000 in coverage. In the unlikely event that our team causes damage to your property during a cleaning, please report it within 24 hours. We will assess the damage and, if caused by our team, arrange for repair or reimbursement up to the fair market value of the item. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to items not disclosed prior to cleaning.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turnover Cleaning Pros' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost bookings, or guest complaints related to property conditions.
9. Website Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on our website without our prior written consent. All content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Turnover Cleaning Pros and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ocean County, New Jersey.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
